Exchange Policy
• You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to the availability of sizes or colors.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and delivery fee difference during the exchange process, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refund Policy
• We offer cash refunds or store credit within 14 working days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.


Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Sale items or discounted products (unless they are defective).


How to Start an Exchange or Refund
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the specified time frames.
2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange or refund.
3. We’ll coordinate the pickup and confirm the process.
